Refund policy

At HKOC, your satisfaction is our priority.

Eligibility
Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items
Items marked as Final Sale or damaged due to customer mishandling are not eligible for return.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are issued as store credit or via bank transfer.
